Positives: Location was excellent for Kings Island and tennis tournament. Not far from downtown Cincinnati. Staff was friendly and were trying. Bed was okay. Breakfast was good. Good selection of restaurants and shopping a short drive away.

Negatives: Room showed its age, didn't feel clean, and the linens were limited as it was a busy week for the area. Pool towels were hard to come by, and the pool was cloudy.
