Positives: Breakfast could be better. There wasn't much to choose from. The location is awesome for our purposes, and the rates are good. We already have several more stays booked through the first of the year.
Negatives: Breakfast. The card reader on one exterior door was not working. Our key cards had to be reprogramed a couple times.

Positives: The check-in process was quick and efficient. The hotel is easy to locate, and the parking is convenient. The staff was very helpful and willing to assist with any requests.
Negatives: The rooms have poor soundproofing, and despite signs saying pets aren’t allowed, dogs are permitted. A dog in the next room kept barking, which was disruptive. The breakfast was disappointing, with just coffee, a bagel, and juice. There’s no room service, but at least this is stated during the booking process.

Positives: The location in relation to Kings Island was fantastic, the park was 3-5 minutes away and there were plenty of food choices around the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. I locked my key card in my room by accident and the man at the front desk quickly got me a replacement. The hotel was very quiet and I rarely heard my neighbors or anyone else in the building. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The bed was comfortable and the heating/cooling worked very well. I also enjoyed the window seating for reading. As a solo traveler I felt safe in the area and in the hotel.
Negatives: Almost all of the outlets in my room were in poor condition. Cords plugged into these outlets would practically fall back out; the only decent outlet was in the bathroom. The desk light was also broken, which left no good way to work at the desk. The freezer portion of the fridge wasn't any colder than the rest of the fridge, and the knob to adjust the temperature was broken. The water temperature was very inconsistent. Sometimes I would take a shower and the water would be scorching hot even when set to cold, and other times I would set the water on hot and would be lucky to get lukewarm water. Breakfast wasn't great, it consisted of bagels, chocolate chip muffins and cereal, not much to choose from. There is no elevator to the second floor, so lugging my luggage upstairs was a workout.
