Positives: We really liked how easy the staff made it to get checked in and settled. We arrived close to midnight and they were waiting for us with all our details. The room was fine. Average size and needs. No microwave, but the lobby had one for ease of use when needed. There was a tiny fridge, just enough room for some water bottles and juice for the kids. The breakfast options were great! The pancake machine was fun, the kids loved watching them being made, and the topping options were vast. Everything tasted good and fresh and they kept it well stocked and clean. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but next time we will for sure because it looked fun! There were lots of ice machines and the one in the lobby area actually had a water bottle refill station, which was perfect since we brought our own bottles to fill. Highchairs and boosters were available to use during breakfast too, great since we were traveling with littles. There was a coffee bar with lots of fun options for coffee, tea, and cocoa. Loved that!
Negatives: The bathroom was clean, but the door didn't actually close or lock and the shower door was crooked, so it made the floor pretty wet. Small things but annoying when you have little kids. There was a really weird smell in the room and the bathroom smelled gross, but it felt clean, at least. We did wish there were options for non-dairy for breakfast. My kids have a lactose allergy and we didn't see anything except 2% milk. Not a huge deal, just not great for their tummies. Coffee was weak, but that's to be expected at most hotels honestly.

Positives: I enjoyed everythin, no complaints. Staff provided expectational customer service and were always there if I needed them. The facilities and my room were very clean. Location is very safe and has lots of restaurants and activities in the area. I will definitely be staying again in the future.
Negatives: Only thing I did not care for, I had to go downstairs to use the microwave but staff explained to me it was due to eliminating the exposure of radiation. Totally understandable.

Negatives: There were several issues. We typically enjoy a true hotel because of the value and the quality of the property. Our room had water stains on the ceiling, loose baseboards, and the worst was a constant noise made by the HVAC that kept us from sleeping. I have pictures that I would like to share with you, but I don’t see how I’m able to do that on this site.

Positives: The cleanliness and overall presentation and vibe of the hotel s great. We like that it has hard floors and the bathroom was clean and tidy.
Negatives: Very early in the morning around 7am on Sunday there was an extremely loud repeating banging noise that seemed to come from above us, we were on the 3rd floor and the noise persisted for about one minute. It was very disruptive and startling for myself and my toddler. Also we did not have a remote in our room upon arrival. The front desk promptly advised us to come down and they would provide one for us.
