Clean, comfortable, good amenities, good breakfast selection.
Negatives:
Our room smelled like sewage on arrival. Working in restaurants my entire life along with my girlfriend that worked in restaurants for years, we figured out that it was dry drains in the floor of the bathroom. Each bathroom has a large drain. If not filled with some water and cleaned regularly it will have nothing blocking the sewage smell from coming up from the septic.
Also, put a microwave in the rooms.

Bed was hard, air conditioner vent blew directly into the shower so it was super cold.

The shower handle was broke. And on the TV it said there was 2 complementary waters in the room which it was not. Also parking was terrible some people was taking up 3 to 4 parking spots so our two cars two different rooms we didn't have much room to park.some was parked infront of lobby.

Positives:
Look and design were modern, easy, and friendly. Staff was always attentive. Location to the Cincinnati Open Tennis tournament was nice. Gift bag with snacks/water was appreciated.
Negatives:
Really just a few environmental things... water pressure from the shower was awful. at 1AM on our first night it sounded like the air conditioner was constantly leaking (something internal). when I got up to inspect the noise to see it if was worth interrupting a night of sleep or even bothering with it, I noticed ants on the floor in the corner (this was a 4th floor room, so that's not good).

Sundeck and pool were awesome, perfect for chilling and reading, room was super clean, low noise at night, restaurants within walking distance, very close to Kings Island
Negatives:
Maybe have a couple lounge chairs on the sundeck. I didn't want to hog one of the couches and I certainly didn't want to sweat on them.
