Positives: It was a full house when we stayed. The breakfast was a good snack, but not a full meal. Most of the hot items were gone when we ate.

Positives: The room was decent for the price.
Negatives: Our room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. There was a bra left from a previous stay. We were told it would be cleaned and it wasn't. Our rooms were switched and the fridge in that room didn't work but I didn't bother to say anything. Our door also didn't close all the way we had to push close, we didn't notice this until 2 hours after we were in the room.

Negatives: The bed wasn't up to par. I expected way better coming from Hilton. It was a disappointment and I ended up going home with back pain. Needless to say we won't be staying at another Tru hotel again.
