While the staff was not unfriendly, the gentleman seemed difficult to work with. No one was at the check-in desk when we arrived for quite a while. And then the room he put us in, someone was already checked into that room. We had a golden retriever dog with us, who is very friendly, but the gentleman acted as if it was a wild animal. It was very strange.

Beautiful facility, immaculate. Love the luxury vinyl floors and the walk in shower.
Negatives:
The mattresses were horrible. They are so soft, maybe 6 inches thick that compress to about 3 inches when you sit down on them. We got extra pillows that helped a little the second night. This is not just a cranky old granny speaking. My 16 and 13 year old granddaughters thought they were equally bad.

The pipes in the wall kept banging all night long. It's not something that the hotel did wrong but it's something that needs to be addressed.
