Location is close and its a nice hotel. Breakfast was decent and starts at 6 for those that need to get out early.

The hotel staff at the front desk were rude, and there was hair on the shower wall that was not mine. the lampshades next to the bed were stained. The door was left open and unlocked upon arrival to the room.

They overbooked the double queen rooms and asked every single person if they would be willing to switch to a king .. nobody really could due to the large group not willing to sleep in one king bed.. so until it came down to that last person checking in and they ran out of the double queen rooms they forced that last person to change to a king bed without offering two king rooms. I also wish there was a pool.

The location is always great. I travel to this area once a month to visit family. This location is great!
Negatives:
Friday afternoon I noticed a drip above the toilet in the bathroom. I reported it to the front desk. We had to leave to meet our family. When we returned, we were able to move to another room. However, 20% off was not adequate. Coming back in the evening and moving all our belongings to another room deserved more than 20.
This room did not have this drip in November. We stayed in the exact room in November. I wonder how many people reported this drip?
