I arrived at the property after driving 5 hours to be told on check in there is no hot water for the next 2 days. I asked why wasnt I informed? I asked if alternate arrangements were made at another and they said no. I had to walk away and spend over 2 hours to find another hotel. Very unprofessional I will never stay there again or recommend it

Stained towels had hair on, sheets didnt fit sofa bed. Worn out. Dirt everywhere, windows and sills loaded with dust and grime on the windows. Wallpaper ripped , remotes didnt work That was our 2nd room . The 1st room was soaking wet carpet and I found that out from my wet suitcase and taking my shoes off
