Breakfast was very good, pool and outdoor area was very nice. Location of property is great.

The room was nice but unfortunately as we tried to use the kitchen in our suite we kept pulling out dishes that were not clean and rewashed everything that we needed. There was also old coffee still in our coffeemaker in our room from a previous guest. Unfortunately, our ice maker also did not produce any ice during our stay either.

The outside of the hotel has a nice, well-kept appearance in a lovely setting.
Negatives:
The mattress was sagging.
There were old, fairly large rusty chips in the bath tub near the drain.
The entire inside of the hotel from the lobby to the rooms needs a complete renovation as it appears outdated.
The ironing board cover in the room had scorch marks.
The smoke alarm system seems to be miswired. A 3rd floor smoke alarm within a room also went off in our room on the 2nd floor, instead of the hallway.
