Motel 6-Medina OH - Cleveland

Negatives: Had neighbors who were loud and arguing all night…called the desk and complained. The disturbance still did not stop.at 4 a.m. we got up and left. Was told that no partial refund could be offered. The guest in the next room should have been removed from the property. It was ridiculous.

Negatives: Walls were not sound proof at all tv from room next door was audible entire stay rooms were smaller then expected and check in time was inconvient and not listed correctly on website

Negatives: There was nothing good about our stay from the cleanliness of our room to the noisy air conditioner. There was no remote for our TV and they ended up taking a TV out of another room. Then the pillows we won't even go there. then there was people upstairs running and stomping around all night long both nights we were there. And yes we did complain but it fell on deaf ears.

Negatives: Our room did not have working air conditioning so the guy gave us another room. It was a smoking room. We told him we did not want to smoking room. That was the only thing available. Then the cable didn’t work so my girlfriend asked for a refund we left there.

Negatives: No heat on in room when we got there, room was at 50° and took over an hour to heat up to a comfortable temp. Queen room for 2 people came with 2 of the thinest pillows I've seen, when I asked for more pillows I was told they don't have enough pillows for all rooms let alone extra. We ended up having to buy bedding. There was no sound proofing at all, listened to people across the hall fighting all night through both our closed doors. Advertised amenities not available, no pool, no refrigerator or microwave.
