Negatives: maybe just a few little minor updates around the rooms

Negatives: The room was not clean. There were roaches walking around and dead around the room. Towels not clean. Noise all night. The bed had hair in it. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Had to wake my son up because roaches were walking around the headboard of his bed. We had to sleep in our clothes we were not able to get comfortable. Tv did not work. I basically paid to sleep with roaches. The microwave was filthy. We left like 4am and parked in the back by a store and got some sleep. Never again. If you have people booking through your site you should at the very least make sure that the rooms a decent. The sad part is we sleep better in the street. I should be entitled to a refund.

Negatives: Mini fridge smelled like mold, no microwave in your room you have a community microwave, was threatened with them calling the cops cause we werent out exactly at 11. Also they decide to let themselves in whenever they want my dog almost ran out of the room because of it

Negatives: There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was great

Negatives: The room was not clean. There was hair in the bed.roaches walking on bed and on my son. Roaches in the bathroom and where you hang your clothes.

Negatives: Staff tried to tell me check in was at 3pm and then corrected themselves when I showed check in at 2pm. No one was at the front desk the next morning I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to assist me. The first room was dirty, had holes in the wall and TV did not work. They mixed us to a new room which was a little cleaner but we had to share a bed.

Negatives: The room was dirty almost as if they didnt really bother to clean anything, had a bad smell, and we didnt get any sleep do to the people a few rooms down fighting all night and a dog barking from 2am to 4/5am. The room had definitely been smoked in at some point and could be smelled strongly though we had a non smoking room. The air conditioning wasnt working and was being held together with duct tape. Over all was not a good stay and we wont be returning.

Negatives: roaches all over. cigarette burns on the drapes and bedding. torn screen in the room,etc

Negatives: rm 110, bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom floor was dirty, loud flushing toilet, sticker and dented refrigerator, 2 tv remotes, and corner of some walls had wallpaper peeling
