It was under renovation. The floors in the hallway were sopping wet. The rooms floors were damp. Stains on all the sheets. The continental breakfast was waffles and coffee. They had two kinds of cereal but no milk for 2 days. Another patron said she’s been there 2 days and no milk. So literally dry cereal and a waffle. Not a thing else. The wet floor on floor 1 smelled of cat urine. Our room was musty. Our other 2 rooms upstairs were damp on the floors but didn’t have the musty smell.

It was under major construction. My room was not clean & we had a hole in our window. Got moved to a different room that smelled like cigarettes, the carpet was soaked outside the bathroom and the room was not clean.

I would not recommend this...

Nothing. We couldn't even stay there. They were renovating, and nothing was ever said about that. The roof was leaking, and our room did not even have. Smoke detector. I refused to stay there. I had to find another place at the last minute. At least the hotel did not fight me on giving me my money back. They have no business being open in that condition.

I arrived at 11:30 pm, checked in, went to the room and the key wouldn’t work. Went back to the desk and was told the room was unusable. They had another room, a suite, but I would need to pay for the “upgrade.” The young man at the desk was not “authorized” to put me in that room without additional payment. I had reserved the room through Priceline, thus promised a room, but then they did not keep their promise. I ended up leaving with my son around midnight to find another hotel even though this hotel had open rooms.. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I am finished with Quality Inn, never again!
