As soon as we walked into our hotel room we were greeted by 2 cockroaches climbing up the wall. Upon further inspection the whole room was bug infested. The main hotel area (lobby, hallways, etc.) smelled very bad. We left immediately upon arrival and booked a new hotel and they refused to give me a refund.
