The sheets and towels were clean. The woman at the front desk was very nice. Checking in only took seconds.
Negatives:
The room needs a deep clean. You can tell that the room used to be smoked in as the stale tobacco smell hits you in the face. I had to get a room spray to be able to sleep in there. I had to move the night stand to plug in the lamp, and it didn't look like it was cleaned for years behind there. The ceiling was yellow from tobacco stains.

The breakfast was good. The location was near the place we were going to. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the ice machine near the lobby along with a variety of snacks in the vending machine.
Negatives:
The drain in the tub/shower did not drain well. I cleaned hair out of it, but I think it needed some drain cleaner in it as it may have had a clog further down. I was standing in ankle deep water at the end of showering.

The man working the front desk was awesome. I accidentally booked a smoking room and he was able to get me into a non smoking room.
Negatives:
Even in the non smoking room it's smells of smoke. The floor is stained and the bathroom, let's just say I don't want to shower.

Positives:
Location. Easy to find and fairly close to the interstate. I like that they allow pets and only charge a $15/pet/ night fee. Some places want much,much more. The beds were pretty comfortable.
Negatives:
Breakfast only offered milk and coffee to drink. Food options were 2 kinds of cereal, bread and waffles. And there were 4 very green bananas. Not a lot to choose from. The grounds and facility need some upkeep and someone to take care of them regularly. It was made very clear, just by looking around, that people live there full time. Not very impressed.

Positives:
Poor selection of food, ran out of coffee and the orange juice dispenser was not operational.
Negatives:
The room was nice in appearance but the room had a musty smell that was quite noticeable when you walked in. The sidewalks were in poor shape. The repair would cost a lot less than a law suit.
