Positives:
The room was clean and the staff nice.
Negatives:
I got stuck in the hotel elevator. It really scared me. A guest was able to open the door to let me out. When I called the front desk, she said they had a technician on site to fix it at that exact time. Why didn't they put up a sign NOT TO USE it.
Positives:
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Our last two stays have been disappointing. The breakfast was not good at all. The shower was not hot - barely lukewarm and there was sparse pressure. We're disappointed - our previous stays were better. We'll be looking for another place to stay.

Comfortable bed breakfast was fair.
Negatives:
They only cleaned our room once in the 6 days we were there. Tv reception was bad. Our tv would go off satellite quite a few times a day. Closet door was in poor condition.
Positives:
Ease of check in and out. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really good. It was great location. The staff was very pleasant.
Negatives:
The room needed some updates the walls could use new paint and had visible scratches on the furniture. The commode was extremely low for a tall person.

I travel frequently! This was a very nice hotel but what stood out was the ENTIRE staff!! I cant say I have ever been pampered or appreciated to the degree I was here. From check in to the breakfast to the check out. I really am thankful to whomever hire

Positives:
The staff was very nice. The location of the hotel was good and the room was very clean.
Positives:
The room was nice it had everything we needed. Plenty to watch on television and the breakfast was very good. The people at the front desk was very nice and the cleaning staff. The person setting up breakfast and preparing did a great job.
Negatives:
My room had areas that needed attention. In the bathroom near the towel holder the wall was plastered but not painted. It should have been painted. The bottom of the bathroom door the paint was peeled off from some previous damage it needed repair. The furniture had numerous visible scratches. Despite all the cosmetic imperfections,I was able to overlook them and enjoyed my stay. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the pillows. The water in the shower was very hot that was a plus.

Positives:
Convenient for visiting family and friends in near by area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff is very friendly. Normally we camp with our travel trailer at the Fair Grounds but we sold it and now will be make this hotel our home base when coming back home.
Negatives:
Our and Im guessing the rooms are in need of updating. The security door latch was just about falling off and parts of the window hardware were missing, that aloud more noise in the room. I did report this to the maintenance man to put on his repair list. We didnt need to have that done immediately. He was gracious about my reporting items for his honey to do list.

Positives:
Location was close to the freeway and restaurants. Price was on point for the services provided. The hot breakfast was good.
Negatives:
Cleanliness was below par. We were checked into a room that had not been cleaned yet but the desk staff gave us a new room. There was a ashtray fire when we checked in and the desk staff continued to check us in but did put the fire out herself.
Negatives:
elevator was out and had been out for days. I would not have chosen this hotel if they had indicated that. This needs to be something that is indicated before people come to check in because I suffer from a bad back and had requested a first floor room
