I had planned on using the shuttle. Their driver called off and my only option was to pay for an Uber or different mode of transportation. I didn’t have any of the apps or experience using them. They were not accommodating at all and hardly apologetic for the inconvenience. We picked this hotel specifically for the shuttle. I’m not likely to choose or recommend this Hampton again.

The pool was closed. The ice machine on our floor was not functional - a sign told us to go up to the fourth floor (we were on 2). There were no vending machines. The shower was awful, and one of the pictures in the room was hung upside down.
