We had a wonderful time...
Positives:
I booked at three night stay through Booking.com. I was flying up for my uncle's funeral. We decided to drive and only needed two nights. I talked to the GM about canceling the third night reservation. She stated I would have to talk to booking.com. I contacted booking.com. They have emailed the property about the third night I was charged for but di not use. The hotel will not respond to the email. I overheard the desk clerk tell a customer the book up every night. So I am sure they filled that room.
