Negatives: Staff was friendly and nice to deal with.

Negatives: The room smell bad

Negatives: The staff was not very cordial. As I said we were flying in with an overnight flight, landing in the city very early in the morning. Knowing this, first, I called the lodging in advance if it was possible to pay an extra fee for early check-in, but they could not accept it, so I ended up paying 2 nights only for using the room for 6-7 hours. But it was ok for us. After making the reservation, I called again to let the reception know in advance that we were arriving the morning of the day-before-first booked night, to avoid a no-show and prevent that our room was going to be given away. The person on the phone agreed and made sure to do the checkin for us before we arrived. However, the most unpleasant part was when we arrived in the early morning at the hotel. It seemed there was another lady at the reception that rudely told us that the checkin time was not available yet, that we were supposed to pay a fee etc etc. I tried 4 times to explain the situation that I did everything correctly, but she always interrupted me in a very condescending way before I could barely finish any sentence. I let her finish speak and finally when I asked "can I explain?", I could tell her that we were already supposed to have the room from the day before and that I called in advance to let them know. She was clearly still skeptical and did not believe me to a point that she checked the pc and said that there was not reservation under my name. Exasperated, I had to take out my phone and show her the confirmation of the booking to convince her to check better. And guess what? "oh I found it! you were right yes. You spoke with my boss yesterday and yes you have the room, that's correct". She changed her attitude and became all of sudden nice, but I had more than 15 minutes of exasperation with her. If she had let me explained from the very beginning, we would not have lost time.

Negatives: The locatiin wasn't easy to find. Its tucked back nehind two other hotels. But, other than that... it was great+

Negatives: We had to go get our key reactivated the next day,even though we had our room for 2 Days

Negatives: I stayed there the evening of the 27th and the staff rented a few rooms to some obviously children that kept everybody up until 4:00 in the morning running up and down hallway slamming doors screaming fighting cursing and staff did little to nothing to even address the situation or otherwise multiple tenants within the motel we're yelling at these people trying to get them to calm down with no recognition whatsoever to other people's comfort or otherwise didn't sleep hardly at all last night

Negatives: Bath tub stopped was broken, no coffee in lobby, no ice machine on our floor, coffee maker in our room was broken.

Negatives: the bathroom door was on backwards so you could not latch the door. the pillows were so bad I went and bought new ones.

Negatives: Everything was awful
