We were very disappointed in this Sonesta. There was no blow dryer. The coffee maker was broken. There was an incomplete set of towels. and no silverware. When we informed the front desk, instead of bringing us replacements, they didn't seen to care.

I have never seen a dirtier, or shabbier hotel suite in my life. There were large stains everywhere- on the floor, couches, kitchenette floors. There wasnt one area where fabric wasnt ripped or discolored. It was so horrible that I didnt even stay.

Kitchen sink broken, front door hard to open with key, coffee pot was not cleaned out from last guest and inside of toilet was not swished it had been sitting. The room itself was clean, just needed a bit of freshening up.

Ive stayed at this hotel, many times, and will never go back! I choose a Sonesta, because they have a kitchen as I cook my food when Im away from home. I didnt get supplies until the 3rd night. I was told to go to the Dollar General to get supplies.

The location was good in Cleveland, close to everything. They could accommodate our later checkout.

There were no utensils in the room except 3 knives and a spoon. When we called they couldn't help us, also when we asked for towels as we only had 1 towel it was the same response.

My rating would have been much higher except for one concern: the facility advertises it offers shuttle service to/from Hopkins Airport in Cleveland but it said it didn't when I requested the shuttle to the airport (due to a late flight the night before I took a taxi to the facility, so wasn't aware of the lack of a shuttle). There were three shuttle vehicles parked at the facility. I had to pay for a car service to return to the airport. I had to ask the staff to make they call - they didn't offer to do so. My suite was in good condition except the bathroom could use some updating.
