Hair dryer was broken ask front desk for another one nothing available. Asked for bedding change and trash removal I was told no . Need new towels was told be front desk to bring back the dirty ones them we’d get clean ones. Very disappointed!!!!

The room was nice. We upgraded from a double bedroom to a King Suite (+$30) so we could have our own bedroom and our adult kids had the pull out couch and we reserved a roll away bed ($20). There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room and in the bathroom there were large bottles of body wash and shampoo & conditioner. Also, a couple little bottles of moisturizer along with a box of tissue. The room sizes were good. TV's in both rooms, along with a table, chair, coffee table and another chair and long dresser table in the bedroom. Our suite was the 1st room from the front desk which means we were very close to the free breakfast (until 10am) and the pool & fitness center (11am - 11pm as of 10/26/2024). Overall very good place to stay for the cost!
Negatives:
The only thing that we absolutely didn't like about the suite was the fact that there was only 1 bathroom and the only way to get to it was through the King bedroom. TERRIBLE DESIGN! When the hotel decided to design that suite, if they had to have the bathroom in that location, they should have made it accessible via the kitchen area and through the Master bedroom so that ALL tenants could access the bathroom privately!

Staff was nice and friendly. Its about a 25 minute drive to Cedar Point (Depending on traffic). I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was ok.

bathroom had a dirty towel hanging from the shower rod. I assume from the previous guests. Breakfast had no hot options. Not even oatmeal. Side door entrance was supposed to only accessible using key card but lock was busted and door didn't lock. Toliet was dirty. Like the cleaners don't care how things look. Rug in lobby was dirty and there was candy spilled on the lobby floor by the couch. If I had to stay more than one night I would have went elsewhere. I will not be back to this hotel.

Was not clean and stains everywhere, smelt bad and big bugs on the walls. Wasn’t even there for 20 mins. Spoke with front desk receptionist pertaining cancellation and refund, stated had to go through booking site for refund. The receptionist was very respectful but wasn’t able to give us our refund. Luckily we found a different hotel to go to because I refused to stay at that hotel.
