Everything- the staff was rude and unprofessional. The hot tub had broken tile everywhere. The shower creaked with every movement. There was a plumbing issue resulting in feces coming up the toilet (that wasn’t even ours). Only 1 working outlet in the room. We moved the couch to see if there was one behind it only to find a bunch of dust and debris.
