Positives: Breakfast is substantial, there should be something for every body to have for breakfast.

Negatives: Well, the milk wasn't as cold as it should have been, I said something to the desk staff but they didn't seem concerned. The room could have been cleaner around the edges, especially around the desk. The baseboards were really dirty.
