Positives:
It was overall nice. Room could have been a little more comfortable. the handicap room was pretty empty, only one chair and it was the rolling desk chair. No ice bucket or microwave, you had to go to 1st floor and get bucket and return to your floor (there was ice machines on all floors) and only microwave was down by front desk. Our room was so open and empty it echoed. The breakfast Bar is very good and everything was kept warm and fresh.

Not being able to sit comfortably in the room and watch tv and relax.

It had EV chargers, which I had called and asked about & was told there were none. Those using them were not considerate though.
Negatives:
The shower didn’t appear to be clean. I don’t like the squeeze bottles in the shower- pumps are easier to use. I also don’t prefer the vinyl flooring instead of carpet- just my personal preference.

Positives:
It looked like it was a fairly new property. Staff was pleasant to deal with and kept the room very clean. The location was right off the expressway, making it easy to get where I needed to be.

I’d have to say there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about it.

The hotel was clean

The customer service was horrible,they charged me after I stated I had paid already. We did not have the contenting rooms, we was told they gave them away. We went back several times one of the keys didn't work. I was very disappointed with the customer service. We left a bag of ours, we was told we have to drive 3 hours one way to get it back.
