Staff made sure that breakfast was stocked. There had been a power outage right before I checked in, so front desk clerk was a little confused but he handled the situation very well. He had to walk everyone to their rooms and unlock their doors because he couldn’t program the keys.

It was overall nice. Room could have been a little more comfortable. the handicap room was pretty empty, only one chair and it was the rolling desk chair. No ice bucket or microwave, you had to go to 1st floor and get bucket and return to your floor (there was ice machines on all floors) and only microwave was down by front desk. Our room was so open and empty it echoed. The breakfast Bar is very good and everything was kept warm and fresh.

It had EV chargers, which I had called and asked about & was told there were none. Those using them were not considerate though.
Negatives:
The shower didn’t appear to be clean. I don’t like the squeeze bottles in the shower- pumps are easier to use. I also don’t prefer the vinyl flooring instead of carpet- just my personal preference.

It looked like it was a fairly new property. Staff was pleasant to deal with and kept the room very clean. The location was right off the expressway, making it easy to get where I needed to be.
