Absolutrly unacceptable experience. Horrible, disresptful, rude, and unaccrptable customer service. The pool was the only reason we chose this hotel which was out of order, and the jucuzzi was completely broken. I'd like s refund please.

I didn't for one it wasn't the room I wanted cause it didn't have the whirlpool in the room like the one I thought I was getting then I was supposed to get it for ----and got charged ----- so no I'm not happy
