The room was big enough for what we needed it for we just came over to the comedy show that is less than .1 miles from you and just wanted to stay overnight knowing I was going to have a few drinks and didn't want to drive back to Pa from Ohio after drinking

When I checked in I was told that the outside doors to the parking lot are just for emergencies so we had to go the long way around just to our room when we were leaving what do I see but the cleaning crew using them so why can't they be used by the guest to me that makes no sense also our room did have a light that was burnt out on the bathroom mirror my wife did let staff know at checkout also my resuvation said i had a balcony so why can't i open the door now wtf

I was thoroughly satisfied with this stay. The family staff were very welcoming. There was confusion with my credit card and even then, the situation was handled professionally and Kindly. The owner Mr. Patel, is one of these sweetest people one would be honored to meet. His niece was also extremely helpful, nice and informative. She helped me figure out an issue I was having with another hotel. They provided complimentary coffee and continental breakfast bags. The room was clean, beds were EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE and I felt very safe. The Hotel was quiet and a hop, skip and jump away from A get go. The employees there are nice as well. Overall, I was extremely happy. I had a very bad experience with the Baymont Youngstown the week before and I didn't have high Hopes. If your looking for a private, clean comfortable stay away from home, this Family owned (44 years) hotel will become your home away from Home. I promised, Everytime I have to visit Youngstown, THIS WILL BE MY HOTEL IF CHOICE! THANK YOU SO MUCH! YOU RESTORED MY FAITH IN HOTELS

Parking lot very small...the whole place was dirty and smelt like cigarettes..had cigarette burns all over everything when it's supposed to be a non smoking room.tv didn't work half the light didn't work and phone didn't work...had ac put from the 70s was not very good and did not cool the room very well.

It was clean! It is not the most modern place, but you can tell it is cleaned well and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It is very close to a lot of stores and restaurants and really nice hiking spots.

Overall I was impressed with everything. Some people may prefer more amenities or modernity, but I thought it was as charming.
