Not a good value. No breakfast. My bath tub backed up from another room or something. The floors need re done the rugs need replaced. My feet were black. It didn't smell clean. Towels very scratchy. The plus was keeping my dog but other hotels in area have better facilities and laundry and breakfast for only $15 more. I just stayed here because of transportation issue.

Positives:
Nothing at all, we were met with the first room smelling like wet dog and I went down to get towels and wash cloths (since there was not enough) and told the on-duty clerk what that room smelled like a wet dog and then he moved us to yet another room that smelled the same as the other but also smelled like cigarette smoke too. There was a lot of immigrants there and they were all starring at us like gang member or serial killers and made my family and i really uncomfortable considering we had our 16-year-old daughter with us.
Negatives:
Our family was so uncomfortable there, it felt like we were in another country and were not wanted there but it was too late to get a refund and find another hotel. the pictures were so not what was shown, and it looks like a run-down junk hole. this place needs investigated, and we should sue this place for a lot of things they said and showed in the pictures. our beds didn't even smell fresh and one of our pillows smelled like arm pits and we set that on the desk. the noise was also unbearable with all the traffic going through. sounded like a racetrack after 10:30pm. people sitting out on the rails smoking and smoke coming in our room through our air conditioning. Towels were limited, when we got there 2 towels and 2 wash cloths and there were 3 of us and the clerk told me to come back tomorrow to get another towel because they were limited on supplies. this took the cake and will never book online again. this hotel nightmare was the worst experience we ever had in a hotel. this place is very outdated and needs tore down.

Positives:
I like that everyone was really kind and they left me alone. I hate when front desk workers are just on your butt and a rude, and this place is not like that this place has really chill workers that are very nice and the only complaint I have is that there's no microwave and no fridge but they have a really comfortable bed and no one bothers you which is the most important. Extremely pet friendly.

Just let it didn't have a microwave and a fridge
