Positives: The kitchen/dining space was accommodating.
Negatives: My opinion is the bed should be a queen and not a king. One side of the bed had to be positioned against the wall and the climate controls. It was truly a nuisance.

Positives: This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I checked into the hotel and was given keys to a room that some man was already occupying! The keys wouldn't work and a man called out from behind the door asking me what I was doing. I returned to the main desk and asked them to cancel my reservation or give me another room. The clerk cancelled my room, but wouldn't issue my refund and failed to give us another room. The Asst GM got involved and made the situation worse than it was already was. She got into a shouting match with a Booking. com agent and hung up the phone on the agent. My situation was NEVER resolved. This matter caused us to be an hour late for an event in Cleveland, Ohio and my husband had to find another hotel on short notice, causing us additional expense and time.
Negatives: I didn't like the fact that I was given keys to a room that someone else was already occupying! This hotel didn't know who was in their hotel. I also did not like that the Asst GM was rude, hung up on the Booking. com agent, and offended another guest who was attempting to check in. He ended up leaving angry. I am requesting a FULL REFUND of $111. I was never given a hotel room and do not think it is fair to pay for an undelivered service. I am currently disputing this charge with my bank. Booking.com, please do the right thing and refund my money immediately.

Positives: Clean and close to where my relatives lived.
Negatives: Sooo expensive. Hotels were taking advantage of people who went there to see the eclipse. No breakfast for this expensive stay. Grab and go is not the same as good breakfast.
