I can't even begin to tell you what a pit hole this place was. Trash not emptied from guest before. No toilet paper all machines in laundry room broken (promoted amenities)...shoe stuck to floor see picture as we wiped up floor...should be condemned..seriously. strange guest who seem to live there..drug gummy found on floor. Great location nice area and then your place.

Room reserved was not what I received. I reserved the suite room so I would have a couch to sit on due to back problems. The room I was given was just a double bed room, not what I paid for and reserved.

Very unlikely to stay again
Positives:
Did not like anything at all. We decided not to stay there. The rooms smelled really bad, and the lighting was bad as well. They promised that my credit card was not going to be charged if booking.com agreed. Well, it's been almost 3 weeks, and my card WAS charged. I am still waiting for my refund.

The hotel looks very old and dirty. The rooms smelled like Marijuana and mold! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room I was given was dirty with stains/blood stains and food particles on the floor. When I pulled down the blanket there were huge (fresh looking) blood stains on the sheets.

The hotel was pet friendly for our pup. Hotel staff handled the situation with grace and kindness the best she could.
Negatives:
There were notable people who were under the influence (of drugs) making a commotion at the front desk. I did not appreciate my children seeing that behavior. Knowing there were people in the hotel who were under the influence did not make me feel safe.

Room discussing bed not made when we arrived, pull out bed broken when finally got it open mattress was discussing stains all over it pee and other stuff,room and hallway smelled like urine desk clerk had kids running around cussing and screaming while checking in wifi didn't work totally the worst experience I have had ever wouldn't recommend to anyone

There was a loud argument across from my room; the police were called to the hotel; and the fire alarm went off at around 11 pm so we had to evacuate the hotel until the fire department gave everyone the clear to re-enter our rooms.

Room smelled HORRIBLY of smoke. When asking to switch rooms, staff said "They're all like that". Beat up furniture. Loud reidents. Staff was overly friendly to a fault & lacked professionalism. Answered call to desk with "Yes my dear?". Would not return.
