La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West

Negatives: It is obviously under staffed, no one was at the desk when I got here and she finally came and said she was in the bathroom, she didn’t welcome me or look happy about me being here. The room is too warm, the bathroom is obviously old and not well maintained and the tub is dirty, there is dirty laundry in a bin in the hall. I wasn’t given instructions on where the ice machine was or the pool. The property is not well maintained .

Negatives: Tv remote broken ice bucket leaked not much of a selection for breakfast

Negatives: I was told breakfast was from 6-10 at check-in and I went down at 9:00 the next morning and was told breakfast closed at 9:00. There was very little to make for breakfast, the hot water jug was cold for my oatmeal and there was no regular coffee left. I was disappointed, especially since I had a one year old baby in my party.

Negatives: The place was filthy. Overflowing garbage cans outside and in the lobby, wet areas in the lobby/corridor/elevator, the TOILET IN OUR ROOM HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED. We laid our own blanket over the bed, never walked without shoes, and did not touch the remote with bare hands.

Negatives: We were told we would have adjoining rooms since our family of 6 couldn’t fit in a single room. When we checked in, they said there weren’t any available. One room didn’t have air conditioning that worked, the one that worked smelled. Neither shower was cleaned from previous visitors, and one room still had the previous visitors rooms keys on the bedside table. There were large parties in the pool area that took up the four chairs that were in there and they were smoking weed inside of the facilities. After an awful night of sleep, there was enough for one of the adults to have a cup of coffee in the morning for breakfast before they ran out and it was awful.
