Yes, the hotel advertised airport shuttle service, there was none!! Had to scramble to get to the airport. I should have been notified so I could cancel my reservation ! That's the reason I chose this establishment to begin with ! Plus $25 extra.

Pool was not open looked like it had been closed for a long time. Talked to a maintenance person and he said it was closed when he started. Stayed there for the pool was very disappointed

Its clean , no odor or stains.

Pool and spa are closed, only one ice machine works for all 5 floors . The front desk staff stopped several times to reply personal text messages during check in. 8 parking spots are marked off at the front of the hotel for employees only ( only 1 car park there) , guests must park to the side and back of the hotel.

They have no housekeeping on the weekend, so you have to look for someone to take dirty towels and get new ones. And the same for toilet paper and other things. Pool and hot tub were unavailable to use.
