Positives: They are pet friendly hotel but gave me trouble about my pet who is a service animal. The office is not open until after 10:00 a.m. The staff is not helpful.

Positives: Room was clean, everything worked, bathroom looked recently updated,, carpet was okay.
Negatives: Office staff wasn't very welcoming, office not open all night closed from 2am to 10am.

Positives: There was nothing spectacular about Hotel and location of hotel. Room was nasty. TVwasn't working. Towel weren't white. Parking not good. Didn't want to sleep in bed. Chairs in room filty couldn't sit in Didn't want to walk on carpet barefoot. Smells bad

Negatives: Everything. Some guy threatened to shoot a gun. Room next to us some young person was living there. Was up all night talking to himself and singing really loud. ALL NIGHT. TERRIBLE. WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY THERE

Negatives: Check in room, door would not open. Fire alarm sounded for all units. Went back to office for another room, as I was checking out room, fire alarm sounded again. Police and fire arrived. Did not stay here, found new lodging.

Positives: Good location for our purpose.
Negatives: A/C didn't work. Microwave didn't work. Got there one hour after check-in and the room wasn't ready.

Positives: No problems with disruptive noise.. And the price was reasonable.
Negatives: The room stunk like smoke !!! All & everything I brought in my room ended up stinking like this room! The microwave handle was broken off and left laying there,A major sticky substance was all over the desk & the carpet,no fitted sheet,& no door latch
