Welcoming, friendly, clean, cute. Breakfast included. Perfect for our one night stop. Our first Tru but would definitely do it again. Had lemon and sugar scented soap in bathrooms which I loved, nice area in lobby for hanging out with pool table, tv, laptop niches, and other little seating areas and games.

Positives:
Breakfast was tasty, but monotonous from day to day. The place is new, so it didn't have a chance to decay or get dirty yet.
Negatives:
During a room clean up, my pyjamas went missing. That was an accident and can be forgiven.
Subsequently, nobody did anything meaningful to try and find them. That cannot be forgiven. It just shows lack of care and consideration for a customer who spent 10 nights at the hotel, while 99% of their regular customers spend only one night there.
Worse, it appears that the hotel does not have a complaint management system. Each time I went to reception to inquire about the progress of my complaint, I had to start all over again, because none of my previous discussions were recorded in any way. Each time the receptionist would scribble something on a small piece of paper and ask me to "leave it with them". So I did, and then nothing happened.
