Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest, asked about pool hours and told them my kids were excited to swim in the morning after long trip, never mentioned that it would be closed for scheduled maintenance. Very disappointed kids. Rooms were dated, only one stand to sit anything on, tub had trouble draining, fridge didn’t get very cold. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Everything was lukewarm or cold. Ran out of almost everything no waffles, milk, breads, nobody around to let know so took awhile to get things refilled. Not our typical Hampton experience.

The location by the highway and a nice shopping center was the best thing about the hotel. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
Hampton Inn used to be a reliable brand for an affordable, comfortable stay. Lately I find them unpredictable. This one needs updating. The bed was hard, and the room was humid and musty smelling. Breakfast was fine, but could have used more fresh options (fruit was a bowl of faded oranges and 3 overly ripe bananas).
