The staff was very friendly. My boss Rod booked this for me but I was the person who stayed in the room.
Negatives:
I was very unhappy with the cleanliness in the room. I found cheese crackers crumbs IN the bed. The top sheet had a dark stain in 2 spots right where the sheet would hit my face. Sheets had wrinkles like from a person and were dirty. Pillow case stains

Uninhabitable room reeking of mustiness, no elevator fixing made getting to 3rd floor with heavy bag impossible for this 79 yr old, mgr unable to reach booking.com on the number she had, I had to stop payment on my credit card and will have to wait 15 days to get my money back, I did not stay in the room had to go to the Fairfield Inn next door

The elevator was out of order. The clerk did not inform us. We were initially assigned a room on an upper floor. My wife has respiratory issues and the stairs were not an option. We asked for a room on the ground floor. The clerk to her credit quickly met our request.

They older lady that as in charge, would go to the back of the room and sleep until a guest called and asked for more oatmeal to be made. Unprofessional at best.

average, but clean. Comfortable surroundings. THe desk clerk was higher than a kite.

We arrived after having gone to the wrong Hampton Inn first so we were very tired. Staff was great, night and the next morning. And even at the first (wrong) HI we went to. Everything seemed clean. We were very comfy.
Negatives:
The breakfast. It looks like a big buffet, but we are vegetarians and there werent any eggs we could eat, so there wasnt any way to get protein. The only eggs they had had bacon in them and we couldnt eat them, and there werent any hard boiled eggs. The fruit was kind of old. Anyway, a little bit of yogurt and lots of carbs. Fortunately we had protein bars in the car.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom as well. And very close to the hotel (walking distance, 200 meter) there is a restaurant, the Springfield Grille, where we had an excellent dinner. Breakfast in the hotel was okay.
