Saw a maid place clean linens on the floor before changing bed. Someone attempted entry to the room before guests were up in the morning. Chain lock prevented entry all the way.

This place is a dump. Dog pee in our room floor had to place towels in the floor because the floor was sticky and gross. Poor management!! Stepped in it. Toilet handle was broken. Smelled bad. Not welcoming, lobby was gross carpet horrific.
Pool lights were off when we arrived and a man was swimming in the dark. Again nit a welcoming or felt safe.

Powder eggs. Yuck! Waffle machine didn't work properly. I had a block of ice that had formed in the back of my room refrigerator (I only found out due to WET SOCKS) that leaked all over the carpet. I had to defrost it myself, was offered no compensation. I was missing a top sheet on the bed so I had to remake it again. I will NEVER stay here again.

The entire place smelled bad. The first room we were in smelled even worse so we had to switch rooms. There didnt seem to be access to clean drinking water outside of breakfast time. Management seemed disorganized. They only reserved our room for one night so our keys stopped working. There were many problems at this place.
