Negatives: We had to search the hotel for water only to find one in working order on the first floor by the gym. The elevator was super sketchy, it felt like it was going to break each ride. There was a hole in the wall in our bathroom. The beds felt like overly used old spring mattresses and were not comfortable to sleep on. The air conditioner made it cold when you stood up but hot as hell when you were in bed which made no sense. The refrigerator wasn’t keeping anything cold, i had to keep my food in a cooler all weekend. I expected better for the price honestly. I would have expected this to be a super 8 motel or something similar to that effect. If they aren’t going to fix the issues in their facility and rooms they should probably reduce the price. I wouldn’t be so annoyed if i chose a 60-70/night hotel and got this…

Negatives: **Avoid This Hotel At All Costs** My recent stay at Comfort I. was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we checked in, it was evident that this establishment lacked basic hospitality standards. The receptionist, greeted us with a level of disinterest that bordered on hostility. Not only was the check-in process devoid of any warmth or welcome, but we were also denied access to the fitness room without any explanation or apology. However, the true horror began when I realized I had left my laptop in the room after a grueling seven-hour drive. Frantically calling the hotel, I was met with denial after denial regarding the whereabouts of my device. It was only after persistent inquiries and the use of a tracker that I discovered my laptop hadn't mysteriously vanished but was in fact still within the hotel's premises. It was first mentioned that they don’t know anything about it and denials, really made us concerned. After some push, The reception at that time did help to locate the laptop. Upon returning after 7 hrs of drive back to retrieve my laptop, the receptionist, displayed a shocking lack of empathy or accountability for the situation. Despite my clear distress and the inconvenience of driving back another seven hours, Dhruv initially feigned ignorance about the laptop's whereabouts. It was only after I confronted him firmly that he begrudgingly admitted to the truth and reluctantly handed over the laptop. The audacity and indifference displayed by the receptionist and the hotel's staff throughout this ordeal are simply inexcusable. The fact that they attempted to conceal the laptop in their storage rather than promptly returning it to lost and found raises serious questions about their integrity and motive. In conclusion, my experience at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of a nightmare.

Positives: The bed was comfortable and that was it.
Negatives: First room broken faucet and no hot water in shower..ran for 20 minutes! Second room.. hot water, but chair stained, cover on beds worn and old and needed to be replaced, trash cans had rust around the bottom, coffee maker leaked, hair dryer broken replaced with one that looks like it melted. Whether I came first thing ot later, breakfast food not replenished or eggs were just cold. Oatmeal and pot was from the day before and wasn't cleaned. Also, we booked this hotel because it had the pool and we called ahead to make sure it was heated. 3 days in a row pool was ice cold couldn't get in and I get in and pretty cold water and not tended to at all. Stairwell going up to the second floor had dirt and big crumbs of food for the four nights I stayed there nobody even vacuumed.

Positives: The room was decently clean and we liked the furniture included. There was multiple places to sit and the side tables had little shelves that pulled out to allow for more room. The breakfast was pretty decent too however the waffle maker timer was broken so you had to try and guess how long until your waffle was done. There was plenty of toppings though.
Negatives: We specifically booked this location due to the proximity to the national park as well as having a pool. Well there was a good deal of issues we had with this location. Biggest being that the pool was HORRIBLE. We went in and all the lights were off and nowhere to turn them on. There was also nobody at the front desk. You could see one area closest to the steps that was clean but the rest of the pool look unkempt and gross. We finally went to step in and that pool water had to be around 50 to 60 degrees. I've swam in plenty of cold pools but this was ice water and you couldn't even think of getting used to it. Absolutely unusable. Later that night when returning to the hotel, saw some kids around the pool and the lights were actually on. Tried it again the next night and it was slightly warmer and the lights were on but still not warm enough to think of swimming in. We wanted a location pretty close to the national park but I figured surely being off a major route, you could find food to be delivered. NOPE! Even pizza places 3 miles away wouldn't deliver to the hotel so if that's important to you, keep that in mind. We asked the front desk and they said only ones that deliver is doordash which can get pricey. The shower was really rough. Very dated, panels half falling off the wall, caulk was a joke. The toilet water pressure sounded like it was going to rip the toilet off the floor but yet the shower had little pressure. The ice machine on the second floor was broken the entire stay and had to keep going to other floors to get ice. Overall, feel that the price of the property was definitely not worth it.
