The front desk service at super 8 richfield was efficient and courteous, with a smooth check-in process. The staff was friendly and promptly addressed my requests, including providing extra towels. Any minor issues were resolved quickly and professionally. Overall, the service contributed positively to my stay.

The smell smells like old basement in room. Air conditioners worked when they wanted. Don't know what detergent they used for towels never again made my face itchy. Didnt have a view outside just view old pool with old stuff in it. No breakfast available. Such a small TV for a large room.

I checked into the hotel around 10pm on 14th July 2024 (Sunday) (confirmation # 86663EE015202). After reaching the room, we found cockroaches on the floor, wall and even on the bead. We were finding ourselves difficult to accommodate in the room. Called up the front office and mentioned about the issue. They mentioned hotel is fully booked and there are no other rooms. Front office gave a feedback that they will refund the money and we can go out. We opted to go out in search of a different hotel after reconfirming that the full amount will be refunded. I called up the agency, booking.com (booking # 4784615549) and informed about this issue. They raised a complaint and requested the hotel for the confirmation mail and release of funds from the virtual credit card. As per the follow up call with booking.com on July 24th, booking.com haven't received neither any reply from the hotel nor the virtual credit refund. The hotel had provided me via email a Folio stating the room rate has been charged with $0 and their contact details as below. Phone: 330-6596888, Email: shahdp@gmail.com.
I would like to escalate this issue to the kind attention of the customer service team and get my refund swiftly.
