Positives:
Price was ok. Does have mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Didn't check to see if they offered hot chocolate but would be good if you don't drink coffee. I would stay there again.
Negatives:
No hair dryer. Better breakfast, at least muffins. Only offered waffles or toast. Needed a little more pest control outside. I didn't see anything inside, but I didn't look very close either. Arrived very late, left very early.

We got back to the hotel around 8 pm and there was a group of people hanging out in the parking lot playing loud music. Around 10:30 I called the front desk to see if they could turn off the music, it eventually stopped but took quite a while. Had to run the fan on high to try and drown out the noise.
