Positives:
The breakfast was great! It was a hotel sleepover for my son birthday so him and his friends could use the pool and have a fun night. The staff was amazing, and they let 6 teenage boys have a fantastic time and use the pool after time since they were not loud or bothering anyone.
Negatives:
We had paid for 2 rooms and needed them next to each other or across from each other. They accommodated that, however in our second room, the lights nor power worked in the bathroom. I am almost certain that they forgot to flip the electric panel back over to on when they finished updating the room, and so the room my son and his friends used had no power to the bathroom. When I went to ask the front desk, the young man said I know nothing about that and I'm not maintenence. We were not offered another room, and we had to pay full price for that room when they couldn't even use the bathroom, they had to cross the hall and use the bathroom in my room. Just not a good experience.
