Great place to stay. Recommend.

Facilities were what we expected for the value & deal that we got. This is not a posh hotel, with elaborate amenities, but we weren’t expecting those for the price we paid. The room was clean. The beds & linen were clean. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was doable. We would stay here again.

The bathtub was very slippery. We were in one of the handicap accessible rooms, so that may need addressed.

The staff overall was so friendly and accommodating made check in also quick and easy as well as during stay were so pleasant, loved it because the hotel is dog friendly and you can also tell that allot of the staff also love dogs.
Negatives:
There was one employee who was kind of rude and mean not sure what her name was but she should be retrained on guest satisfaction and being a pleasant person.

The location was good. We did not know the area at all and we selected a very inexpensive room so that we could spend more on a room later in the week. For the value, it was good. We only dealt with one staff member and she was extremely friendly and kind. She made our stay quite pleasant.
Negatives:
The hotel room was comfy but the carpet had several stains on it. That is honestly the only complaint I truly had about the stay....and that is not that big a deal to us. We knew it was stains and not something that could just be easily cleaned up.

Seemed rather dilapidated - broken water fountains and juice dispensers at breakfast. Fewer breakfast options and dirtier room than other Microtel locations. For example, our room clearly had not been vacuumed.
