Breakfast was nice. Our room was affordable and nice . Bed was comfy .
Negatives:
Pool was out the entire weekend. Would’ve been nice to have known prior to booking. Had 5 kids with us. They were heartbroken Also the wifi cut out every 3 mins. It was horrible. The staff stated wifi was only good for the first floor… there was only one trash can in our 2 suite room. 1 trash bag. 1 coffee cup. No sheets or blankets for pull out bed. Nice man at front desk provided us with more.

How close it was to our tournament.
Negatives:
Bathtub was overflowing and only 2 towels for a group of 4. Front desk gave us fresh and clean towels after asking. Furniture was dirty and stains on bedding. The elevator was dirty and smelled like burnt rubber.

Location was good and the room was clean bed wasn't the most comfortable though.
Negatives:
Specifically booked there because of pool I called the day before to make sure my reservation was good and asked if the pool was open and was told yes it was. The day of my reservation we show up and it was closed with no clear reason why? The next day as we go to leave around 10:00 am we go downstairs and to our surprise the pool was open. This was extremely aggravating but there was nothing we could do about but shake our heads and leave.

The location I drove 4 hours for a funeral to let my young kids have a break with a pool for enjoying and NO pool and NOTHING WAS DONE NOT RELOCATING TO A HOTEL WITH A POOL JUST HOLDING FOR AN HOUR.

The shower was moldy and dirty, and the staff claimed they couldn't get the mold out. How for the love of Gucci can a hotel let a bathroom get this dirty and moldy. The room was an Executive King Suit with such a nasty bathroom, and the staff did not just care expercialy the evening receptionist on 5/4. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews, but i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and look where that got me
