Fresh coffee was available in the morning. The location was great with good accessibility to the interstate. The price was very affordable.

The furniture in the room was a bit rough. One of the drawers wouldn't stay in. We weren't provided enough towels and wash cloths when we requested them. We were told there weren't enough available. There wasn't enough hot water to take warm showers for a couple of people in our group.

Easy access to highway, plenty of choices to eat in the area, pool, descent rate for simply needing a place to sleep for a night, smoking rooms available. Quiet.
Negatives:
Several long term tenants with kids riding bikes on property, lawn chairs and flowers set up in front of doors, lots of foot traffic. Bedding has stains, rooms need a makeover, stains on the walls, broken furniture, cracked mirror, no batteries in the remote.

The bed was soft and comfy. The room was clean. And plenty of restaurants near by. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, she even wished me a happy birthday. And the Inn was close to King's Island. And the price was great. I would differently book a room with them again and recommend them to friends and family.
