Dale was superb. Checking in went fast without complications and his immediate follow up to our check-in concerning room satisfaction or needs was huge plus. Contacted Dale with WiFi issue and he resolved it without any delay during a busy check-in period. He should be training future desk agents. Huge asset to Hampton Inn . Service from professionals like Dale make choosing hotels easy. Great guy

The staff was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was quiet, which was wonderful.
Negatives:
The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling a little in the corner, and the air conditioner unit was loud when it kicked on. We turned the fan on instead of auto, and that solved the issue for us.
