Dale was superb. Checking in went fast without complications and his immediate follow up to our check-in concerning room satisfaction or needs was huge plus. Contacted Dale with WiFi issue and he resolved it without any delay during a busy check-in period. He should be training future desk agents. Huge asset to Hampton Inn . Service from professionals like Dale make choosing hotels easy. Great guy
