This hotel should NOT be allowed to call our room handicapped accessible!!!! The bathroom was ridiculous. I have worked with persons with handicaps for 35 years. This bathroom has a bathtub with at least a foot stepup to get into the tub. No chair to sit in and the shower curtain was way too long. In addition, the light in the bathroom (one, in the middle of the room) was so dim, it made it difficult to see. I asked the desk to have maintenance check it out while we were gone for the day and see if a bulb could be replaced or was missing but nothing happened. Also the sheets came off in the middle of the night. They were not big enough and could not totally fit over the mattress. I ask that they come fix it. They didn't. Breakfast was not good. Not much variety. Never refilled the milk except with only enough for one cup. Only one type of pastry .Plenty of coffee but no hot chocolate (not EVERYONE drinks coffee). The evening cookies were good. Morning desk staff not friendly. Evening staff made a comment when asked for a new box of Kleenex (sinus problems) that their was "a lot of Kleenex going on tonight". What does that even mean.? We've stayed here before and it wasn't like that.
