The location. It was near shopping, food and family

Service was poor, front desk not greeting you ever. Breakfast on the Monday was out of a lot at least 1 hour before hours posted to be over. I messaged property a few days before arrival to question the pool closure. No response. Bed was uncomfortable

It’s in a good location. Everything was close by.
Negatives:
The staff treated us like we were an inconvenience at first. We waited at the desk for a full minute before even being greeted (we were the only ones there). The facilities were closed. Housekeeping knocked on our door three times long before our checkout time and we felt rushed. The AC kept turning off throughout the night and we kept waking up to turn it back on. We heard people from other rooms around us either throwing up, scolding their loud dog that kept barking, or the floor creaking whenever someone was walking from the room above us.

It was centrally located and easy to get everywhere

The pool was closed, also the carpets were filthy! I had to request a different room which was a better room but carpets were still not good. They told me when i complained that they were going to replace all of the carpets but that did not help me
