Positives: Nothing. The room was unclean and we didn’t stay. Staff offered a refund and still tried to charge us. We had to leave immediately upon entering the room we saw cockroaches and bedbugs.

Negatives: Staff said we would be refunded. The room was crawling with cockroaches and bedbugs. As soon as we opened the door we saw them on the bed and crawling all over the room. We didn’t stay 30 seconds in the room. The desk person said we would be refunded then they tried to charge us. We didn’t stay.
