Very clean, plenty of parking spaces. The pool was open at decent times. I was celebrating my daughter’s 11 th birthday. Don’t really appreciate first shift staff the women who was working the front on 9/21 was awful. My daughter came to me in tears and told me that the women yelled at them because they need an adult present with them ! Her 18 year cousin was with her in the pool plus her other friends as well ! Her 18 year old cousin was just in shocked just witnessing this women being rude and yelling . So me as mom went in and sat in there because she made it known that we just needed to be in there ! The same staff member kept walking back and forth making eye contact and was speaking out loudly to me and my daughters guest that rules are rules and with me not trying to be confrontational I just looked over at her and went up to the room ! My daughter was devastated and so was I and my friend on how this women’s behavior was. We left feeling uncomfortable and I’ll never I mean never come back ! That women was so unprofessional and it’s NOT okay to yell at KIDS !

I’ll not ever recommend anyone my family and friends were like wow ! Never coming back here !

First the staff that signed me in was very cheerful, friendly and helpful with a great suggestions for local good restaurants.
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable for a good nights sleep.
Breakfast was great. Good variety.
Negatives:
Our window faced out to the back. And although the dark shades were nice, the light from the parking area still shown through the edges. A bit annoying.
The refrigerator was not working properly and all iced up but did not keep a good cool temperature. For one night it wasn’t worth a room change.
The hair conditioner bottle was empty. Again minor but worth mentioning.
Not a deal breaker.

You enter late at night at the lobby the last thing you need is a grumpy receptionist. We have two miniature dogs and were charged $ 75.00 for each.

Breakfast was terrible, no fresh foods, industrial food of the worst kind
