The jacuzzi at the room

1-The night receptionist when I asked him that we need blankets, he told me come to take it from down and I was going to sleep and he hang up the phone.
2-The room didn’t have the 2 beds as we requested and was highly over priced.
3- There is Pratt the bathroom when the employee came she told me I can give you the tool and you can fix it . I refused to do this and she did it.
4-The employees serving the breakfast didn’t know what kind of food there like they have different answers about if it is Turkey or beef sausage.
I think the employees need some training to avoid what we expose to it in the future.
